Green Smoke- refil carts

I've seen a few videos on how to refill the GS carts. ([FONT="]Condom filling or remove cap and drip in with white plug removed). But I see the prefilled cart from GS have a second clear plug against the batting material which make condom method very difficult. (Blanks do not have this second internal plug). Does anyone know if the internal plug can be removed and not used?

I've wondered that myself - the 510 cartos manufactured by SLB have that internal ring (donut shape on top of the stuffing, under the end cap). I fill the normal way (remove the soft-cap, drip into the stuffing) and that ring is a pain - getting it out isn't hard but you have to be careful not to squish the stuffing putting it back in.

Are your end-caps soft? If not and you mangle the end cap taking it out, you could probably use one of the LiteCigUSA.net plastic 510/901/KR808D-1 plastic drip tips as a mouthpiece on the carto. I use them on KR808D-1 cartos.

And BTW you can get a D2 to D1 adapter at leCig.com and then use all of the Vapor4Life cartos (soft-cap, no internal ring) or any of the various KR808D-1 standard-resistance blanks (not LR low resistance - those are for fat-battery models with beefier electronics and can damage slim batteries).

My carto's have the inner soft plastic ring too. I take the end cap and the inner ring out and use the condom filled with liquid method to re-fill mine. Then I just put the inner part back in, I have not ran into any problems doing it that way.

On the carto with that inner soft ring, I just remove it after I remove the tip. I use the drip method myself, and then reinstall the ring and tip. If you do not take it out your juice will just drain out the batt hole. Also be careful removing the soft ring, because the wick is also centered very near.

Thanks for the feedback. FYI- the end caps are hard, and rather tough to get off the GS prefilled; the blank cartos are also hard plastic end, but easy to get off. I have made a jump to The PigCig as the batteries on the GS are, well not up to my needs. I did get the d1 batt to d2 carto adapter to use up my stock of d2 cartos. Should be here tomorrow, can't wait! Thanks again

Awesome - good move! And now you can also use the prefilled and blank cartos from Vapor4Life (they are soft-caps) w/ no adapter as well as all of the variety of blanks (make sure you get soft-cap if stuffing-type) and even LR ones on a fat battery model.

On the same topic- (I love the PigCig) it seems that some of the GS cartos do not work on the PigCig (with the D1 to D2 adapter). Some will work (vape), some won't. The ones that do not work on the PigCig, do work on the GS battery so I do not be;ieve they are defective. Any ideas?
Also- what specs are considered an LR carto? Are the LRs also available in MEGA cartos as well?

Looks silly- but I got an answer to my question from the people at LeCig: the Positive contact on the carto was depressed in and not making contact.
