Thanks 4 fast reply Dusty...510 then...I have 2 adapters - 510-808 & visa-versa...I have used both in sequence to end up w/510-510 (or do I need a true 510 to 510?)

I prefer to use 510 - 510 sealed adapters on all my devices, except for bottom feeders, so that juice does not mess up the connectors. Drip shield goes on top of that. There's nothing wrong with what you're doing either. For a variation, I use the LONG 510 - 510 connector, that makes the carto look like it's 4 inches long, and the drip shield sits in the middle, about an inch from both ends. Pretty sexy look too.. ;)

If I were you, I would get one of these as well. 510-510 SILVER E-CIG ADAPTER (SEALED)

I'm moving too fast for you to see me.. the forum barely has time to register my presence. :)

have a quick question for you guys didnt know if anyone as tried this on a lava tube. if you put on an 510-ego adapter and screw on an ego shorty cup will this act like a drip cup?maybe put some teflon tape around the threads so juice stays in the cup and dont run down over

The built in drip cups isn't all that bad ... I have ony been dripping for a little while but I couldn't imagine you overflowing that with out seeing it getting full

I was looking for a place to rave about AvidVaper and I think I'll adopt this thread: HOLY CRAP AvidVaper is awesome!

To keep it somewhat on topic: their drip shields are better than anything available in Canada. Why? Simple: 4 air holes at the top (as opposed to the ones available at VG which just have one and are next to impossible to drill). The additional air holes don't restrict the draw at all, you barely notice it.

I placed my order on Monday (Feb 6th) and it was in my mailbox today - that's with standard shipping.

On a separate note: the HH.357 is totally knocking my socks off (humping my camel, tickling my pickle, floating my boat, finding my remote, it's sizzling my bacon, peeling my banana, popping my corn...:D)

I can't remember if my 510-ego connector is sealed or not, but beyond that, you most definitely should be able to use it and the cone from an ego as a dripshield on your LT. I just don't care for the "cone" shape on top of the LT. :)

I don't think I've seen a sealed 510-ego before
