I'm betting Tracy isn't a juicer.....just take a toothpick or paperclip and remove the inner white rubber stopper, then simply slide the drip tip inside of the Cartomizer. Because prefills are dry it's best to wet the black rubber gasket a little and twist the drip tip while inserting. A lot of prefill users have noted that the they broken the black rubber gasket simply pushing the drip tip into a prefilled cartomizer.

Congrats on the last 6 days and welcome to the family!

Hope that helps Tracy.....

Wow, your an exception Tracy as most new vapors start with prefilled cartomizers. As long as you drip on the inside of the Cartomizer housing to fill your cartos your drip tip should slide right in and the gasket won't bind. There are no replacements gaskets for the Drip Tips as of yet, so breaking one is a real a bummer.

I wonder if those rubber bands for dental braces would work?

Woooooo......I got this! The replacement O-ring gasket was first reported to be a #47 from plantlvr who works at Lowe's. Hearing this I posted that it was a #47, but somebody went and bought a couple and it turned out they didn't work. If I remember right it's not just the size of the O-ring but it had to do with the diameter of the or thickness of the gasket. I believe the issue was it was too thick.

If I had to Macgyver it and was in a pinch I would use sewing thread, wrap several times then slip loop a knot onto itself, the key is it needs to be wrapped tight.

See if that works as a quick-fix Susden.
