Hey All,

I ordered two Drip Tips from Avid Vaper (Deep Contour, 510/901 Anodized Alum) that supposedly would fit the 510 cartomizer. Tried on by the Boge and Ikenvape cartomizers; doesn't fit. If I FORCE it, it does somewhat fit on the Ikenvape but the rubber washer is visible and not a secure fit.

Anyway, any suggestions for drip tips? Currently I am just using a cartomizer on an eGo battery, but awaiting my BuzzPro.

Thank you!

Can you switch the o-ring from another drip tip? I've had that happen to me. Sometimes they do loosen a bit, sometimes they're just a huge PITA. Contact Avid, see if they can send you some O-rings.

I only ordered two  I did get it to fit by wetting it and pushing it in as per Bigtiime's suggestion. I'm going to order more though and will check on getting spare o-rings as well!

Forget trying to shove fancy drip tips into slimmer 510 atomizers and cartomizers. On 510 Boge cartos I use the clear colored non-swirl plastic 510/901/808 drip tips from LiteCigUSA.net. Of all of those I got one was too tight and they sent me another when I mentioned that on my next order.

Another type that fits my Boge 510 cartos are the marbled vase ones I got at GotVapes.com (but not the clear colored vases which came with the fat red o-rings).

And I have one (clone) 510 atomizer from Totally Wicked and that thing is so slim that even those drip tips above don't fit in. Only the plain round aluminum of similar shape from LiteCigUSA,net fits in that atomizer.

As for ones people buy that don't fit due to their fat o-rings - some people gently sand the o-ring. When I shop for drip tips for my Boge 510 cartos, I look for photos that show a thin well-recessed black o-ring - no red o-rings and no fat bulging o-rings.

I use the Big-Belly Drip tips which fit VERY snug, especially the first time you put it on. Like Bigtime said, they do go on and off easier once you use them for a few days, but there are little things you can do so they go on easier when their snug.
Try rubbing alittle bit of juice on the o-ring FIRST. Thats will allow ther drip tip to slide on alittle easier. Then instead of just pushing it on hard, try spinning the drip tip slightly as your pushing it on. That will get it to go on easier without tearing the o-ring. I find by spinning it that really helps save the o-ring since your not forcing it straight on
