1. bought a new drip tip and it fits the only issue is it seems the o ring is slightly small so it is a little loose. is this normal? it's the exact same size as my other drip tips just the o ring is smaller so it isn't so tight fitting. is their a way to change this? no vape it leaking but it's easily removable plus it tilts when I'm vaping and put pressure onto it with my mouth.

it is a muffler tip stainless steel.

2. does drip tip define flavor composition? if I use a wide opening drip tip I find I get more flavor vs the muffler tip which has a narrow opening ontop of that the wide opening tip allows for ejuice splashing into my mouth which can get annoying. great flavor regardless though with the wide tip. just wondering if this is true or not and if so how does it differentiate the flavor compositions. I'm running the same juices, same temps just different tips.

The bore, and length of drip tips can definatly play a part in flavor.

Longer driptips I find produce more flavor, while the shorter ones help with clouds.

One trick to "beef up" orings, instead of buying new orings, take them off and wrap a layer or 2 of floss in the divet and place the orings back on over it. It may take trial and error, but you can get almost any drip tip to be as tight as you need it.

it's weird because the muffler drip tip is actually the longer one it simply just has a narrower opening. it produces a lot of clouds though compared to the other one I am using guess it's due to that little piece cut off to shape it. i'll try that thanks if anything i'll just use it as is as long as it isn't leaking vapor it should be fine.
