510 drip tips are a very inconsistent product. db13berry's suggestion, although seemingly tongue in cheek, is not unrealistic.
I have around 40+ 510 DTs, and of that number, there must be 7 dimensionally and/or materially different o-rings among them.
Take the DT and atomizer with you to "test fit" o-rings. Besides hardware stores... hobby shops are a good source.
I have an assortment of curved-tip dental picks for removing and installing o-rings. A small flat blade jewelers screwdriver should work fairly well too.

I go to the plumbing section in Home Depot or Ace hardware. I have 2 main sizes that seem to work for me 36 and 47, brand name is Danco.

Dead serious about Home Depot. Danco brand. I dont remember the size at the moment (I just got home and am too lazy to get up and look)!
I also have size #60-sometimes you never know which one needs a larger or smaller size-it all depends on the atomizer/rbd/rda

I've been using a dental pick, but this sounds like it could be better. Often times I end up poking through the o-ring and many times it's bad enough that it will snap.
Etchie-If that pick is only used for or-rings, I used needle nose pliers and bent it up a tad and squished it real good.
Except for stainless and titanium drip tips, I just buy new ones when the O ring craps out.

I thought about getting those-the thought scares me since the tips I use the most are glass.
Just might run get a pair at that price and try on the non glass tips!
ETA: Those are for the rings that have holes at the end-not enclosed-hmmmmmm There is another type of tool out there-going to have to think about this one-LOL
