I work in construction, and am constantly getting grinder dust in my drip tip. I had a silicone cap with no hole that I used at first, but it fell off and I lost it. Does anyone make a drip tip with a built-in cap? Or does anyone know where I can get the caps without holes in them in bulk?. I have tried searching and can only find tester caps.

I dont know if youve seen the ones with the holes in, but the hole, as stated before, is small enough it should still keep the dust out. its about the size of the head of a ball point pen.i suppose if you cant find any and the hole still bohers you you could add a dab of silicone in the end to plug the hole

While I definitely appreciate the responses, those are all test caps with a hole in them, I looked through 10 pages of results on fasttech and they don't seem to have what I am looking for. I need more like a dust cap.

Much smaller hole, and might be a bit goofy looking unless you cut the flange off...
Baby bottle nipples are about the right size and readily available locally.

Yeah, what you're asking for actually isn't a terrible idea. Something along the lines of the caps on blunt-needles that stays connected? I've just never seen one, but surprised I haven't now that you've said it.

You could use one of the condoms listed with a piece of tape, and often when you get a package of cartomizers their caps don't have holes in the tips -- but I'm not sure how to source them, or even the proper term weirdly (end-caps are the plastic bits that go inside the end). Alibaba or fasttech might have something if you can get on the right track.

Like the caps which come on the drip tips of new clearos or some of the old Kanger cartos. I know what you mean, but have no idea where they would be sold.

Both good ideas, i just hit up my local vape shop today, i got a mouthful of grinder dust yesterday and it was nasty. Lol. He gave me a bag full of the tester tips, i only wanted a few for letting people Att work try my setup out, but putting something like silicone in the hole may just be the best answer at this point. Bottle nipples would work too, but I would think would be considerably large unless you really cut them down and which then they will probably fall off too easy, but I will say interesting idea. I have designed a drip tip with a hinged stainless cap in my mind, but have no idea how I could bring it to fruition. The trick would be getting the hinge to drop back low enough to not hinder the hit. I think it would require a double hinge setup with a little arm to kick the cap away from the tip a little. I think if someone could make that with a clamp on it for attaching it to your favorite drip tip it would sell really well. And yes I have out considerable thought into it. Particularly for vapors with dirty jobs it would be a lifesaver.
