Ok so i recently bought some refillable 510 cartos i have never used them before i have just been buying attys. Now people have told me i should give them a try and now i will. I have not gotten them in the mail yet but i might have messed up. I have a joye ego with the atty cone. I really like having the cone because it makes my ego look nicer but now looking at the pics for the cartos they look to small to petrude out of the top of the cone. So my ? is could i pull of the tip and put my drip tip there instead. I have put a picture of the cartos below and any help is greatly apperatied!!! Thanks so much;-)

P.S I think this is a good place to post this not sure. Sorry if it is the wrong place.

Good Morning! I use cartos with my eGo a lot. They will stick out of the cone a bit, so you can use them as they are. When I don't want to have to keep changing to a fresh carto I put a drip tip on, then I can just top off the filler as needed. This makes them very handy for when I am out and about as I can just carry a 3ml bottle of juice with me.

I too used drip tips on my eGos for a more comfortable vape but quickly found that some were too wide at the tip for the cone to slide over. Meaning the cone had to be screwed on first and then the drip tip pushed somewhat blindly into the carto as it was below the top of the cone.

I had to buy a from a few different vendors before I found DTs that would let the cone screw on & off with the DT in place. Typically, the wider mouths can be problematic in this regard. Since I wasn't using them for actual dripping, I went with ones that were a bit smaller at the tip like these from CigNot, specifically the black delrin models:

You may be able to find similar DTs cheaper but as long as they have smaller tips like the delrin tips above, the cone will go over them very easily.

Hope this helps.
