Drip tips on Cartos ??

I saw videos of refilling Cartos. And the liquid is dropped on the sides of the filler , not in the middle. So that made me wonder , whats the function of drip tip on carto ? Isn't the filler on the sides ??

You don't fill it in the middle since that's where the air tube and coil is located. If you drip in there then it'll go straight through the carto and out of the connector pin. Which will get all over you.

The function of drip tips is to be more comfortable then the plastic top that is on there. Also, it makes it easier to remove when you want to top off.

This. Drip tips are much more comfortable than just having that little rubber piece on there. You just pull it off if you need to add some more drops.

Keep a small towel or napkin around when you do this. Mine always has moisture/liquid on it that gets on the desk when I take the drip tip off and set it down. It makes a little spot that annoys me if it's not wiped up right away.

The drip tip is a cool comfortable mouthpiece which also makes it easy to remove for checking the stuffing or adding juice (not through the drip tip)
