One of the difference that may matter is the overall size.. Or height. RDA are generally shorter and not so obvious in your hands, compared to a RTA, which may be taller.
Some may also prefer the flavor of one over the other. Coiling and wicking is simpler in the RDA also.
It really comes down to your own preferences as to how you like to carry your mod around. Some have a mod for outside uses, another for home etc..
Do look into the various devices available on the market to suit your needs better.
Check out the bottom fed mods and the Xvostick..

The main reason I've switched entirely to my Achilles RDAs is because "drippers" don't have any of the "vacuum" issues that can cause all kinds of problems, from dry hits to leaking to flooding ejuice into your mouth. Also, being able to top-fill without removing the atty from the mod is wonderful.

A lot of folks maintain that a dripper offers the best flavor, but I was very happy with the flavor from my Kayfuns, I just got sick of those vacuum issues (though they're a lot less bothersome in Kayfuns than in most other tanks) and having to take it off the mod and fiddle with a tiny screw everytime I needed to refill. Also, my all day/everyday vape is a massive gunker, and in a tank that holds a lot, that kind of huge gunking problem can cause a LOT of juice wastage. If the juice at the bottom of the well in my Achilles turns dark, I waste only a few drops, maybe .5ml at most, rather than 1-3ml.

There are RDAs that hold a good bit, so you don't have to drip everytime you turn around -- the Achilles is a good example; it holds 2.5ml, same as the small kanger T3S's I started with -- it takes me quite a few hours to vape it dry. Some RDAs have serious leaking issues -- Magma! But the Achilles is threaded, with o-rings backing up the threads, and with its design, it NEVER leaks -- NEVER. It is a very tight draw, even with the airflow screw removed, so if you like anything other than a tight MtL draw, you wouldn't like it.

Im not even sure whats even available in "local" haha

Buying vape stuff in an actual retail store is a great way to waste a lot of money -- buy online, shop for bargains, and you'll get the best price. You can get all the consumer reviews and how-to's right here in this forum, and it will probably be a lot more experienced help than anything from anyone in a retail store.

So generally drippers have better flavor, lesser leaking problems and allow ease of changing the liquid.

Whereas tanks lack in those areas, however is great for outside use.

I prefer something that i can fill up which can last me for half a day i guess but does not have problems as stated above is there such thing in the market?

It can last you more than a day i guess? There's not a thing in this world without any problem. With pros, there's always cons. Just have to find a way to live with it. :?:

Things work very differently in a country where vaping is criminalised.
