dripping newbie looking for help

Hi guys,

I'm new here and looking for some advice. I've never dripped before and only know a little about it. I have my eye on a REO now, but i want to try some dripping atty first to test if its worth a buy.

What are the most common (best?) dripping attys?

My best experience has been classic EGO atomizer + EGO-T battery + drip tip

I use a 3ohm HR Atty on my VV PV, but i've heard a lot of EGO users liking LR 1.5ohms or 1.8 for 3.7-4.2 volts, SR 2.5 for higher voltage if you get a VV tuber or similar.

Basically, you can drip with any atomizer. Search for Bridgeless atomizer if that is what you want. I just use regular ones since the bridge/wicks are designed to hold juice anyway and let me use a tank cart if I want (can't use carts/tank carts with bridgeless).

I use Genuine Joye 510 atomizers with a bridge... I have been Direct Dripping for 2.5 years and find it to be easy.. Best taste and performance IMO...... My attys last well over a month before I change them, they dont burn out but loose taste and performance with use. When dripping I put 3 drops on them when they get dry after about 8 hits I redrip with 2 drops.. Another important thing to do is make sure you blow you attys clear several times a day.. Seems to remove the deposits that build up........

Welcome to the forum. You can use cartomizers and attys with the REO, there is no dripping needed since it's a bottom feeder. You simply squonk the bottle (gently push) while lightly sucking on your Carto/Atty and your juiced and ready to go.

And yes the Reo is worth every penny. I've been using mine for close to a year and I lover her more today than when I first got her.

I just orderd a few 510 and 306 attys (with bridge and bridgeless). Now i just have to find a REO in europe, quality vaping stuff is sold out really fast over here (and expensive ).

Old Goat makes a bottom feeder mod for real cheap if you just want to try out the concept. Functionally it's the same, just not super high quality parts (no fancy wood case, etc). I just tried out these: BetterLife 510 3-Hole Dripping Atomizers (2.0-2.5 ohm) [BL510-3Hole] - $4.99 : ValueVapor.com, Discount Electronic Cigarettes and e-Liquid and they work great for dripping.
