This experience should be the same, right?

After much experimentation with cartridges, cartomizers, CE3s, etc, over my few weeks of vaping, I have settled on dripping to be the most hassle-free, best tasting method for me. But, since my current batts that came with my ego-t (B) starter kit will die at some point and atties for them are more expensive than 510 atties, I am wondering ifI should just phase these out and switch over to regular 510 batteries. With the 650 mah batteries and my usage level with regular resistance atties, they each last for like 3 days, so I would think that a 220 mah 510 battery would last me a full day (keeping a second one charged as backup). So, I guess what I am asking is:

a) is this assumption that a 220 mah battery lasts about 1/3 the time of a 650 mah battery correct; and
b) does dripping with a smaller battery sacrifice vapor quantity or taste or anything other than battery life?

Your expertise is much appreciated : )

a) yes
b) Not for ego vs 510 as they're the same voltage

I think you're maybe missing something important, and that is that a 510 atomiser will work with your existing ego batteries.

All you need to do is buy a 510 atomiser and put it on your battery and you're good to go.

An ego battery is 3.2v-ish and a 510 battery is also 3.2v-ish but they are both 510 threaded batteries meaning anything you can put on one you can put on the other.

The ego-T batteries are literally just ego batteries, and the 510 batteries are the little brother of ego batteries so it would be kind of a downgrade to use 510 batteries instead of ego batteries to use with a 510 atomiser if you get what I mean.

I found that eGo batteries were a better value for the money, after starting with 510's. If your usage goes up a little you may find that you're scrambling for batteries much more often during the day.

On another note, for dripping the eGo battery can stand on end, keeping the juice where you want it. You'll be laying a 510 on it's side, which is fine for most cartos but not ideal for dripping.

This. Keep your ego battery. Buy a 510 atty. If your worried about looks buy a Cone. Fits over the atty so it still looks like the Tank attys but is hollow in the middle allowing the 510 atty to run up the middle of it.

I drip on slim manual 510. (do not drip on autos). Ego would hold the voltage up better. Ego can use LR atomizers and slim ecigs should only use standard resistance around 2.5 to 3 ohms. Should be similar though since Ego is 3.4 volt, assuming you use the same standard resistance atomizer. I have a 3.7v Riva 510 from Liberty-Flights so if I move the same atty or carto from my slim 510 to Riva or a 3.7v mod, it's hotter and makes more and warmer vapor and hit on the mod.
