So I've seen a Micro-D rebuildable dripping atomizer, and for the price, I'm certainly going to have a play around with it.

My question though, is say I have a few bottles of e-liquid delivered at once and I'm keen to try each one in a short space of time, will a dripping atomizer be easier to complete a flavour change? Obviously it would be much easier than using a tank, but I'm interested in how people normally clean these out in order to change liquids.

I would guess at a wash in vodka? Or would the coil and wick need to be replaced?

Thanks :)

my method depends on the types of flavors. both ways you need to have a very short piece of cotton/wick. if they are all similar flavors I will drop 2-3 drops on the coil and wick and take a few puffs, once the flavor dies down I switch no replacing the wicking material. Always start with the lighter flavors first with this method. If its a wide range of flavors I use vapero's method of replacing the wick with each flavor change.

you could also pick up a 510 lr atomizer and use that. I usually use a few drops of plain no nic pg between flavor changes to flush out the old flavor. just add a few drops and blow it out.

Thanks, that all makes sense. I've watched a few videos on rebuilding, and seeing the wire being wrapped around the wick it looks as though the wick could be tightly bound. Is it easy to pull it from the coil and insert a new short length, or do you have to manipulate the coil a little?

Thanks again, I really appreciate the help!
