Dripping, refilling carts, or pre-filled carts?

I have had this penstyle ( I think its the DSE801) for about a month now.

I go through about 3 packs (5 carts in a pack) a month. Not too expensive, way less expensive than regular cigs.

I notice that a lot of members drip, or just refill their cartridges instead of buying prefilled cartridges. Is that why the atomizers fail after two weeks of use?

My atomizer is still working good after one month of use, and I do use the pre-filled cartridges, they arent that expensive. So, what is better: prefilled, dripping, or refilling?

Milamber, filling your own carts will save you a stack of cash and will give you access to a massive selection of flavours (I fill my own carts and use the "straw mod").

Plenty of others use several other different types of cart mod (blue foam, PTB etc).

Lots of other people here favour the direct drip method.

Bottom line: Experiment and find what suits you best.

I really don't think any of the three are better than the others. I do all three. It's what works best for you.

I drip when I want to test new flavors or when I just really don't want to mess with filling carts. It's usually cheaper to refill your own carts if finances are an issue and a cart is easier to use when you're out and about.

I personally have never had an atomizer fail due to refilling my carts. I think letting the atty get too dry causes a lot of failures,

Prefilled carts is just not the way to go in most people's opinion.

Other than that, it is just going to be what works best for you.

Based on my Personal experience so far (ten weeks w/ a 510 and 6 weeks w/ an 808) I would estimate about 2.5 to 3 months per 35 ml bottle for Your (Present) usage level. I use about twice as much daily as you seem to, and have now switched entirely to refilling my own. I recommend exploring the PTB (Lipton's Pyramid Tea Bag) mod - my cartridges are now virtually permanent...

I am a cart user, and I refill so I can blend flavors. I use a Titan 510 and cleaning the carts and reusing is quick and easy. Lots of videos on youtube showing how to easily refill, drip, dip, and mod your carts to personalize you e-cig. Everyone has they're favorite method and finding what works for you is the fun part. Knock wood I am still using my first atty and it's been a month now.
