Dripping vs Cartridges

So, I still don't have my first unit but I've been reading and reading and reading on here and I think I would prefer to use the dripping method than to mess around with cartridges all the time. Can you experienced vapers tell me your pros and cons for dripping vs carts? I don't know that I'll even do the cart thing unless there is a real drawback to dripping as a newbie.

Dripping to me is just a lot more hassle, so I just top off my carts when they get low. I have dogs (I breed Irish Wolfhounds & Italian Greyhounds) so I can't just leave a bottle of juice sitting out since it's so toxic to them. And it's just not an option at work, where I have to stealth vape.

So while I'd normally be more than willing to drip, my life just isn't set up for it.

Is it just the hassle of having to drip every time you vape? When you drip, how many puffs do you get before you have to drip again?

Pandora......The main advantage to dripping for me is the greater throat hit and flavor boost...is it a pain compared to topping off a cart? Yes......but some atomizers will give you quite a few solid hits before having to drip again,such as the 801. Just make sure you are using a device with a sealed battery(a 510 or any manual battery will do),as dripping may shorten overall battery life! Happy dripping!The Wiz!

I drip for the most part now with my 510. I tried the carts, I tried the PTB mod. For me, the carts wear out too fast (get saturated and will only hold a couple of drops before they pool on top) and the PTB mod tends to leak. So I went to dripping. I can drip a couple of drops and vape for about as long as the carts were lasting unless it was a brand new cart. It's a hassle, but what isn't with this hobby...

I may break down and try an 801 with a bigger battery mod to try and get a longer, more consistent vape. I love the 510, but man are they tough to maintain...

Pandora.. i just got mine! its great. All i have is the carts it came with for now and they taste pretty good. I will be moving over to dripping and filling carts myself though. The throat hit is what i was looking for since i am switching from camal wides and lucky strikes. I get my juice in tomarrow and ill let you know how it goes!

If you do not dripp now--after about 6 months you more then likely will be. Dripping is so much easier and gives a much better hit. I gave up on cartridges a long time ago and never realized what a hassle I was getting rid of with it. Much better experiance with dripping and much more hassle free for me.

Yeah, I'm still all about the dripping so far. If you were referring to me not sounding like a newb, it's only because I have read sooooooo much and I'm picking up the language lol. I haven't even got my first pv yet! I am anxiously awaiting though.
