Sorry for the probably silly question, but what is dripping? I understand that it is putting juice directly on the att. (at least I think) I saw tips for it, clear colored. But I just ordered my first ecig and like to do lots of research, but I am clueless about this. Probably not something I am going to worry about now since I don't even have an ecig yet, but for future reference.

Also the tank thing? No idea about that?

Only been a member for a couple days but already found a wealth of information. Thank You ALL

Dripping is exactly what you think it is; dripping the juice directly into the atty. The amount of juice can vary by the type of atty, but for a basic 510 atty you start with 3-4 drops. Let it soak into the wick for a few seconds and vape until vapor production begins to drop off and the flavor starts to change and then add another 2-3 drops. Repeat this until you're done or want to change flavors. It takes a little practice, but it's worth it!

Dripping is not recommended with automatic batteries unless you have the sealed type. I know Smokeless Image sells these, but I haven't tried them. You shouldn't drip with any unsealed battery because if juice gets into the hole it will ruin the battery.

Tanks are an entirely different beast, and it all depends on what kind of tank you're talking about. There are eGo tanks, dual coil carto tanks, MAP tanks, and a whole host of other tanks that I'm missing! Each type has their pros and cons.
