I am getting ready to dip my toe into the DIY pool and my question is about using dripping to taste test my creations. I am about 3 months into vaping and am currently using 1300 spinner batteries. Most of the dripping atomizers I have been looking at mention that they don't work well on the ego style batteries. Does anyone know an atomizer I might try to use with the spinner. FYI....it will also be my first attempts at dripping. I currently use a vivi nova mini. I like the 2.4 ohm heads at about 3.8 volts. Appreciate any advise.

Can you post a link to a site that has this kind of warning?

Off the top of my head, the only thing I can think of is regarding the resistance of the dripping atomizers. Outside of that, there are definitely people that also warn against people using RBA/RDAs on ego batteries as well.

Without the link though, it is tough to discern what the vendor meant...

After Jazzi Mikes question I went back to find it and realized my mistake. I was looking at LR atomizers and it does say they "significantly reduce the lifespan of ego/riva type batteries". When I check the SR atomizers they do say they can be used with the standard e-cig battery (I am guessing they mean batteries like the spinner). I appreciate the input. I am nowhere close to feeling as tho I could tackle anything rebuildable so if I got the Cisco SR306 I could just drip and vape with that....right? :)

I've used Cisco-Spec LR attys on Spinners. I've also used a Phoenix, Octopus, Squid, and even an AGI in dripper mode on a Spinner.

Any dripping atty should work on a VV eGo-style battery. They won't perform as well as they would on a bigger mod like a VAMO, eVic or Provari, but for sampling juices, it should work just fine...

I use Cisco Spec atties on my ego twists all the time. I started buying the 2ohm 510's but quickly migrated to the 1.8ohm 306's. Both of my ego twists recently died, lol .. but they were 7 months old. 1 stopped charging - so who knows what caused that? With the other one, the wires and everything came out when I was removing a tank . .so that definitely had nothing to do with the Cisco Spec atties.

I've tried several different atties, mostly cheap ones, and the cisco specs are my favorite. Really awesome flavor and, so far, never got a dud.
