Because some tanks are meant for MTL and some for DTL. Subohm tanks (less than 1 ohm coils) are generally for DTL. So this is what you are looking for.

Very sad, reminds me of when Michael Jordan quit basketball to play baseball for a year and a half. He was ok at baseball but it was just sad to see so much potential being used the wrong way in the wrong sport.
