Start with super high grit wet/dry sand paper then finish with a buffing wheel with compound. If you don't have that stuff and you really want them fixed you could send them out to somebody who has one. One place that comes to mind is "
vape n Shine by Justin Time." Google it, I think he's on facebook. Message him and you can get an estimate. Folks say he does great work and he has a pretty quick turn around.
