10 ft fall from my lap out of a semi... glass obviously didn't survive... I'll be ordering some replacement glass tonight, but while I'm waiting I was hoping someone could tell me what kind of tank I'm using now. I remember I bought it when I first bought the eVic... before I knew what a ProTank was... I'm sure for someone this is an obvious answer... I just don't know anything about... the second that ProTank was screwed on, the only time is has ever not been used was during refilling and cleaning :)

Sadly this is a crappy lesson for "have backups for your backups!!" i did the same thing with my first protank except i snapped the threads off the base and had to go back to the vivi nova for 4 days :( Needless to say i ordered 2 more protanks when i ordered a new base. Now i have 8 protank 2's, and the 4 protanks are my backups lol. Spare glasses, bases, heads. backups backups backups!!!

Now for your question, sorry i have no clue. it looks like a carto tank of some sort. But im extremely positive someone will come along knowing exactly what it is!!

Yeah I'm working on stockpiling right now. Payday is Friday lol --- this one is okay, but it isn't a ProTank! I even had trouble with "wick" in this one accepting the juice. two tiny holes didn't want to let any in, so I had to pull it out and drip directly onto the cotton/wick, now it seems to be flowing okay... eh it'll work for a couple days until I can get those backups you were preaching about! haha

I have tonight and one day to get through with this... then payday :) I'll be alright... just feeling like an idiot. As I was getting out of the truck, I did a little checklist like I always do, phone, pocket, keys, pocket, wallet, pocket... how the hell did I forget about my favorite thing????

I guess I'm just lucky the eVic didnt break... it's at least a ten foot drop out of the truck! Not a scratch... PT must've absorbed the impact

Dude, I have 4 PT2's, a bunch of coils, and am going to order a few glass insert replacements this weekend (and I'm not going to be fussy about the color, LOL!).....Just In Case! Someone started a "What do you want for Christmas" thread and I thought, hmmm, 2 more eVics or a Provari?
I'm not going to be caught doing the "1000 yard stare", eyes glazed over.

Majorly sucks on the demise of your glass, I think I just might have been in tears, seriously.

There are 3 things one needs to stockpile: ammo, juice, and spare vape gear.....;)

Added: The Davide tank is supposed to be comparable to the the PT2.

I feel your pain. I am with having backups for backups. I have 7 pts and 1 pt2, spare bases and heads out the wazzoo. I rebuild my own heads so I will never run out of those. I have found that I like the evod heads better than the ones that come with the pt so I got a bunch of those too. I do like the vivi nova tank as well. The heads for them are easily rebuildable if you like to fiddle. I have no clue about the tank. I did have a carto tank to start with but once I bought my first pt, I have never looked back.

Local my good sir. Here in denver. But thank you for the offer! Such a great community haha

Idk how im gonna get through tomorrow. And here I almost forgot why I stopped using this tank. It's only been a few hours, and I hate it. It has to be user error because there is no way this tank is that bad. Eh pt2 on Friday, also going to pick up an 1100mah bat plus pt2 mini. The evic is just too big for the pocket

Sorry to hear of your shattered friend. The tank in your pic looks like a carto tank. Reminds me of the AGR.

I would die if I dropped a PT from my truck! That is a looong way down, lol. My phone has fallen out of my truck a couple times and survived. Usually because it catches one or both steps on the way down. I have yet to drop my vape though. Partly because my Spinners are kept on a lanyard, but I just got my vamo in the mail today before I left home to continue down the road. I have no clue how Im gonna protect the Vamo!

The picture is a bit hard for me to see clearly but from your description it sounds like it is might be just a basic carto tank. In which case what you did dripping juice down into the center core (the carto) is exactly the right thing to do. It is called priming the carto and if you do not do it you are courting a permanent burnt taste.
