Title says it all. I keep my Vamo in my inside coat pocket when not in use so I don't forget it when I leave the house. So I went to put it back today and missed the pocket. My Vamo fell about 5 feet straight down to my hardwood floor. I was powerless to stop it and had to watch as it hit the floor with a sickening THUD! Annnnd...miracle of miracles, the thing still works! Not a scratch on it. It dented my hardwood floors though! I think I got lucky since it fell straight down and landed on its end, not its side. Whew!

I've dropped one of my vamos a few times on concrete from 3-4 feet 2 slightly noticeable dings on the top cap area but vapes like a champ. I did drop the extension tube with it in the black sleeve and it dented in the top thread area. :( I had to pull it out with pliers , so one is now in permanent 18650 mode with a wrap on it. Still have a gunmetal and SS one with no drops to there name.

Dropped my Vamo a few times, survived them all. The weak point is the atty connector as it's softer brass compared to the SS body, easy to strip threads if it falls on the atty. I ground down the extra material from the top of the connector as I use an RBA that doesn't need the airflow. The atty screws down on the body now, much stronger because it can't get tweaked side to side like when there is a gap.
