Hello everyone...My question deals with a dry-burning carto. If you add let's say 10 drops to a boge 510 lr cartomizer just to see if it is in good working order, and you get a dry burn...(I do not like to waste juice, this is my reason for doing this) will the carto be destroyed for good. I have had this happen so I would like to know so as not to top off that way.

Also, I would like to thank Andrew at Crystal Clear Vapor...The package arrived...everything is perfect.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am new to this, so hopefully someone with more experience will give you a more detailed answer, but I have noticed if I dry burn a carto, sometimes I can't get the burnt taste to go away, even if I fill the carto completely!

I have the exact same problem...I guess it is better to get them moist and go for a little more juice.

You can't fill a small amount of juice. The coils in the carto need to be kept damp. Once they burn they have to be thrown away.

Do you have an atomizer? Some people drip to test juice.

Yes, I do, ( thank you) and as far as juice is concerned...I cannot find anything that I can vape all day . It is very frustrating as well as not having a good vaping experience, but I am not smoking so there is one positive. I think maybe there is something wrong with my taste buds because I find 9 out of ten juices to be horrible, and the one I like...I cannot vape all day. The Frankster is not too happy but I hope to find some I like.

Frankster, try to order small samples, in fruits, sweets or bakery deserts , and some tobaccos, keep to the small sample or smaller sizes till you find a few you like then order bigger bottle. This is probably the cheapest way to go to find a few you can vape and enjoy. Also some research on some quality Vendors is worth while. just trying to help

I like Black N Mild from CCV, but I cannot vape it all day.

I'm in the same boat as you. No all day vape for me either but I have a couple that I have to have a little of everyday...if that makes sense. I keep 10 flavors in rotation and another 40-50 to try out steeping. I don't care for juices right out of the box.

Depending on how bad the burn is you may be able to get more use out of a carto if you use strong juices and run enough liquid through it, but it may not be worth the trouble. You might want to try dripping on an atomizer for flavor tasting as you can change flavors quickly, saving your cartos for the winners. If you have any CE2 or E2 cartos you can also just drip right onto the coil to get a taste without committing a lot of juice. Good luck finding your favorites!

+1 on the atomizer and small samples Frank. I have the same issue, just cant seem to find an all day vape. But the process of trial and error on the atomizer has completely changed me from cartos to dripping for the majority of my vaping. I am beginning to find that cartos change the flavors of my juices just slightly. Dripping seems to give a stronger, cleaner vape for me. Just my .02.

I agree with you that dripping gives more th, vapor and flavor. I cannot walk around outside of my house and start dripping every time I want a drag.

I vape all day long...just cannot do it, but I agree with you on the atty.

I agree .. never fill a carto until you are sure about the flavor... and yeah, once your carto gets burnt its a wrap

I have also not had alot of luck in finding all day vapes, although I do have one which is Gold and Silver. But I like variety so it would be nice to find at least four flavors/combos that I love.

my all day vape consists of 6 or 7 different juices. i use the same carto on all of them (i only have 1 carto in rotation until it goes bad). sometimes i fill it with the same liquid twice in a row, sometimes 10 drops of whatever. im jealous of the ones that have found an all day vape, would make life easier :)

Hello there...are you saying that you use the same carto for all the juices or did you mean you use 6 or 7 cartos for the different juices?
