vaping dehydrates you so I highly recommend that you up your water intake; it's very important. As for the dehydration maybe if you post the PG/VG ratio of your juice someone more knowledgeable than moi can chime in. Could also be the type of juice you are vaping.
Vaping dehydrates. You need to stay hydrated. And 100% PG juices may dehydrate the most. I use 80PG/20VG which is still thin enough to work in everything but adds some nice vapor and smooths it out a bit but leaves most of the flavor and nicotine throat hit.
