DS3 Versi Tank

This is a fantastic tank! Right up there with the vivi nova for just over half the price! Brand new to the maket? Comes complete with a whole set of replacement parts, unique multi configuration, durable and hits great. Slightly muted flavor as you near the end of the tank, quick rinse and dry and brand new all over again! Has anyone every tried this? Just got it in the mail last week from vaporalley and could not find any reviews. If anyone is familiar with this tank, wanted to kow if the carto head was ok to switch flavors on

I also got one on Black friday. Not real sure what I think about it yet. The flavor wasn't a WOW difference with the dual set up but the vapor is crazy good. I want flavor not vapor though lol The top piece is all one piece so drip tips can't be replaced. It is different and less expensive than the nova's so that is a plus. I am still playing around with mine to see if I can come up with a better set up.

i was such a huge fan until it started leaking out the bottom. how do i fix this? not sure whats causing it..

So, can it use the vivi nova style wicks and the center cartomizer at at the same time? So it would have a cartomizer saturated with liquid feeding its own coil, while the wicks bring liquid to another coil on top?

Or does it just have enough parts to either be a cartomizer tank, or a wicking style tank?

From a vendor:

The tank comes pre assembled with a dual coil (Bottom Clearomizer with a screw on vivi style mophead). Within the kit is a full sized cartomizer, a blank spacer, and an extra vivi style mophead.​

I think you can get a triple coil config too.

That's how it read to me at first too. Guess I'll have to get one and see for myself.

One of the sites refers to the cartomizers as CE5 (I think they have wicks inside) and was curious if it was like the CE2 cartomizers which have wicks and what is the difference between the CE2/CE5 wick cartomizers.

What is the config you have now?

I was using a CE2 style carto that worked fine until I washed it and then started leaking.

I'm my DS3 today.

i am using the preassembled config, which is the cart and atty head i believe, so both heating elements (setup #1 in pic.) it continues to drip slowly through the ceter onto the batt. it did not do this until i cleaned (rinsed) and dried

seems to be a different sized drip tip hole, most of mine don't fit
the cartomizers are polyfill, was hoping they were wicks
different sized coil head than ce5 coil head
not sure what the tank is made of, seems brittle
doesn't wick fast enough for higher volts/watts​

i am now only using the atty head, with no carto and it works much better, no leaking, just gotta use a higher voltage for mass vapor

I've yet to find anyone that's had luck with a non vision nova style tank system. All the generics seem to have issues with leaking or wicking.

These do look cool though, maybe they'll come out with a version 2 soon with fixes to the issues people are having. Or maybe vision will see what they've done and copy it but make it better build quality and QA.
