I recently won a 801 kit from Wet Your Stick. (Yeah!)
It came on friday, so this is my 24hr review.
The box it arrived in was quite nice. This is the first model I have used that is signifigantly different from my other stock models ( 510, 808 & 901). the 801 is very long in comparison to these. I think it's very elegant looking. It is also a little bit heavier and harder to hold in the teeth. I really like the soft larger whistle-tip mouthpiece. The cart itself is very different from my other models. It is very long and holds a similar amount of liquid as a regular carto on a 510 or 808. The atty chamber is also very different. It is quite long with the atty way down in the bottom. I think this may provide a cooler vape. It does make it hard to drip a starter drip on the atty, but I beleive that many folks solve this using an eyedropper. The battery is fairly long, a bit longer than an 808. The battery life is better than the 510, (what isn't?) and a bit better than the 901 & 808. It does produce a nice amount of vapor, but it seems to be a bit short on flavor. I think this may be helped with the use of cartos, but that's me. I like cartos.
Overall it's an interesting PV that I like how it looks and feels in my hand. If I can tweek it a little bit to get more flavor, it'd be great all round.
