Is anyone else having a problem with the 901 atomisers from TW. Two of them failed after 1 1/2 weeks of vaping, another failed after 2 days, and one was dead on arrival. Does this seem to be the norm? I keep them clean a use TW's liquids. I trying atomizers from another vendor so see if there is a differents.

How many atomizers does the average person go through in a month? I know they are disposable, but at $12.99 a pop, plus the cost of liquid, these is getting rediculous.

Not trying to slam the supplier, mainly wondering about the atomizer reliability.:(

Hi. I had one out of two TW atomisers die after 2 days so I emailed and was told it was due to mis-use of the fluid. I questioned this a couple of times (had a temporary issue with the charger as well) and they agreed to replace the atomiser. I haven't tried the new one yet but the other original I had is still chugging like a train. I've been mis-using the good one the exact same way as I mis-used the borked one so I don't know what the issue is, but I have to say the customer service was good once I convinced them it was actually faulty. On the whole I really like their kit though and their juice rocks. This is the UK site, btw, I can't comment on the US site's customer service.

Remember....TW is a seller...a vendor...retailor....whatever you want to call them. As far as I know, they are not a manufacturer. Dont shoot the seller for a faulty product. There have been several complaints over the last few months bashing sellers for poor atoms. You could have gotten crap 901 atoms from any seller.

Hey Puff Daddy, As you can see from my original message, I wasn't trying to bash anyone. I just wanted to know if anyone else was having the same experience as me. You are right though, they aren't the manufacturer. I don't know who is, I only know who I get them from. I have atomizers ordered from them as we speak. I was just trying to see if it was a bad batch of atomizers or the juice I using. IT'S ALL GOOD.

Sorry...didnt mean to imply you were bashing. My statement was a general comment :)

I got a 901 starter kit from Jason at ElectronicStix last week. One of the batteries was DOA, it would light up when puffed, but was not sending juice to the atomizer.

Jason is awesome and he replaced it right away. And in no way would I ever hold that type of issue against the seller. But that did seem like a weird QC issue at the manufacturer. You think they would check the voltage before they left the factory floor.
