I'd had the DSE103 for just a little over a week now and something is wrong. It produces very little vapor and has that nasty, burnt taste. I switched out atomizers (I have 3) and switched out batteries, same results. I did start to recently drip, could that have caused a premature end to all three atomizers? My SE is still going strong after almost a month with it. Any ideas to get these atomizers back up and running? They still look brand new.

Alcohol dips or boiling. I haven't had much luck with boiling but alcohol has saved a few atomizers.

same thing here buddy, i just got a dse103 and in 3 days time it looks like after approx 30/40 puffs it produces barely any vapour. what i did realise though is that if you change the filters it gets back to life. even my gf's father got a dse103 and same thing happening to his. it really is buggin me abit. so i think that rather than the atomizer (even i thought it was that at first), is it possible that its something from the filters? i seriously donno. if you have any ideas lemme know pls, cos im considering buying something slightly more expensive and hopefully with better results :S

Thanks for the replies guys. I did find a way of cleaning them.

As I had nothing else to lose, I read here on another thread about "dry burning" the atomizer to clean them. I tried it and it worked like a champ. Now all three atomizers are back up and running. I just needed to burn off all the extra juice off the atomizers.

Now they're back good as new. :p

30 or 40 puffs is about the most you can expect from a 103 cart. also don't recomend "dry burning" while it will help in the short term you are also burning up the wicking material. just blowing it out from batt side should usually clean it up if production still doesn't improve and you have nothing to lose i'd recomend taking a glass of water and submerging just the atty (not the whloe atty just the bridge?coil part) and then turn it on about 10 seconds at a time.repeat several times.this works better with a manual but can be done with an auto blowing (like blowing thru a staw from the led side) just be carefull not to get the batt wet on an auto or use an older one so its no great loss.let it dry and reprime one or two drops.
