DSE801 Atty Question

I got my new pink 801 which I love. I have a question about the atty though. When I put in a cart the part of the atty that sticks out pushes into the cart and leaves a line. Is that the way it's supposed to be? I want to make sure I don't ruin the atty.

I'm sorry if it's a dumb question, I'm a newbie and this is my first 801.

Hi Lisa,

I assume you are talking about the indentation that you see in the cartridge filler once you pull it out?

That's perfectly normal...

If I'm not understanding you correctly just let me know.

Yes Rob that's exactly what I'm talking about. The atty's work great by the way, just wanted to make sure I wasn't doing something wrong. Thanks!


WOW, I just tried the apple sample that came with my kit. I never would have thought I'd like it but it's awesome. Off to order more.
