does anyone know about these? they tell me thay are not making them any more but have some left do to issues with them, but i talked to someone who loves them, so looking for more feedback

I have one they work well i have had mine for over a year I haven't had a single problem with them I bought a bunch of attys for them and the batts are all right what would u like to know about it
they said they are not making them anymore due to the constant issues they have, so kind of scared me off of them
after 10 min of chargeing brand new batts charger turn green, screw on the atty and pull and the cig blinks red 5 times. book said its a short circuit, but they just came in the mail, am i able to fix or do i have to send them back ?!?!?
