are these all the same? it seems that some suppliers sell these and do not really sell what they advertise. maybe it's my vape device. but i have atty connection issues. some will not fire at all in one device and work in a different device. sometimes i back it off an eighth turn and get it to fire up.

No clue what a 4075 is, but I know you have to have an adapter to use an 808D on a 901 battery. It's an airflow thing.
I don't think you need an adapter to use a 901 on an 808D battery.

I use a 901 adapter (for a 510 battery) on my kr808d-1 cartos. I think so.

I have had problems with cartos screwed all the way in if the notches near the threads are covered by the carto sticker surrounding the carto.

I usually rip the sticker out of the notches, and this resolves the issue.
