I don't know if anyone else has attempted to do this other than myself, but I just bored out my dse905 to fit the wider RCR123 3.0V batteries. Instead of having 1 3.7V battery my dse905 is not fitted with 2 3.0V batteries, which of course means that I am now vaping my dse905 at 6 volts. This is really cool, it might have been obvious to most people but I just thought of it today. I went to my grandpas drill press and bored out the body for the wider 3.0 volt batteries. I'm still experimenting a little bit here but so far I'm loving it. I got spoiled by the higher voltage of my passthrough and I am currently waiting to buy a GG, so in the mean time i'm vapin 6 volts on my 905 haha. Just seeing what you guys think or if anybody has done this that you know about.

I don't have any pics at the moment but I can get some. It's actually really easy. The only "catch" is that you can't screw the top half on quite all the way, but mostly. I am feeling much much more power (obviously i guess lol) but alot more vapor too. The only part you have to drill or bore out is the bottom half. The 3v batts fit in the top already so you don't have mess with it, just the ring at the top of the bottom half if that makes any sense.

its hits good, but not a big fan on the 901. I need to buy an adapter to use it with my 510. other than that, tons of vapor and good throat hit.

The 2xcr2's are a bit longer than the 14500 so i had to put an rubber oring to fill in the gap between the upper and lower bodies.

here it is:

I got 2cr2's to fit after using the dremel. The problem was the cr2s are taller so there was a 1.5cm gap between the body. So i put a rubber o-ring on the bottom body. It works fine. Maybe ill have to order a silver or gray oring if that is even made.

this pic is with 2 x cr2's and the rubber o-ring.

The battery goes down more since the spring is not compressed in this horrible camera phone picture.

wow nice work seven, I never even thought about using an O-ring. but i will have to give it a try, other than that it seems to be fine without it tho. I noticed my gap seems to only be 1 mm or so but that could be because my batteries are slightly shorter. i love it, i'm waitin to buy the GGT right now, but in the mean time this is great

yes, make sure that they are close to the size of the rcr123 15250 i think 750mah or 900mah will be fine but the size has to be close to 15250
15=15mm wide which actually is about 16mm so bore out your bottom half to about 16mm
25=25mm long 27 would also work too i believe but that would be 15270
0=something i can't remember but doesn't matter
so (15)(25)(0)

well the ones you might have are the 17mm wide ones. I got some that are only 16mm. there are so many different battery variations its ridiculous. using a dremel..wow that could be tough. my grandpa used to be a machinist foreman so i had him do it for me and i think that is why the measurements were so accurate. he busted out his micrometer and made pretty short work of it lol
