How do you clean this atomizer? Can u use grain alcohol?

I use alcohol to clean the iClear clearos, yes. I just unscrew everything (don't tug on the wicks!) including the coil/wick part, slosh it around some alcohol, let it sit for a few and then give it a quick rinse in water. I blow out the excess moisture into a paper towel and let the parts sit overnight or until it's dry.
Careful you don't lose the clear rubber? silicone? part, it's a bear to find.

Can I also use grain alcohol to flush out cartomisers?

That one I have no idea about. I have one dual coil carto tank and I haven't cleaned it. Sorry, no help on that one! There should be lots of info here and sometimes you can find a youtube vid.

I found a how to video that's good. I use 50/50 water/PGA
and it doesn't take long for all the liquid in the carto to evaporate
when you blow through it a few times.
