I have been a Vaper for a few years now, but a friend of mine recently turned me onto the SmokTank XL system, and I have been trying it out for a couple of weeks.

I have the Smoktank XL locking tank 6ml in chrome, and the slim 3ml version in Gunmetal, I use both regularly, although the slim version seems to dry hit if I hit it too often in a short time, the 6 ml dry hits less often, but still does, and I have a feeling that this is due to the thickness of my juice, which is exclusively from Mister-e-liquid, and the lack of room for the juice to flow in the smaller tank.

I have been using the DCT Pro coil carto in both regularly as well, and I set aside the included cartos from each tank. My question is, what differences are people seeing between the two cartos?

And how long does a carto normally last with regular use? (I typically go through about 4ml of juice a day in these tanks) I use these on the Innokin iTaste VV 3.0 batts at around 9-9.5 watts normally.

My previous tank system was the Aspire BDC clearos and vivi nova tanks from Nhaler, but these carto systems do seem to breathe better and produce more vapor and flavor.

Hi there, you don't mention the number of punches or holes in your tank cartos so I'm guessin here. You'll be better off with the three-hole type if you're running thick juice, as it will wick better and faster. The time they last depends on the kind of juice you use as well, you can get anywhere from a week to a month use out of them. I am also curious to hear what differences people are finding in the Procoil versus the standard tank cartos. I hope we'll hear back from others.
