I hope I am not out of line here, Imagine if I am please feel free to delete this thread. I clicked on a add at the top of the page and found a dual coil tank with 808 threads. I have never heard them mentioned before, are there drawbacks to dual coil? I would think they would put out more vapor?
Does SI offer anything like this? Whats the difference between these and the T3s?

This is cartomizer tank. It’s a cartomizer with holes punched in the side. There is tank that fits around the carto, and juice flows from the tank into the carto to keep it full. This one has two coils. I’ve never used one of these, but I’ve heard it gives you more vapor and TH than a single coil carto.

T3s work a lot like the CE3s except they’re much larger and you don’t use a syringe to fill them.

They are messy and although it is dual coil, you are still vaping a cartomizer. After using T3's I feel using a carto tank would be a step backward as the taste would not be as clean as the T3. I think everyone is going to love the X2-T3. It will take your vaping experience to the next level. They are the best thing I have ever used, period.

The dual coil cartos hit like a freight train. The vape is hot and stong and very pleasurable. I have a couple of 1.5 ohm 5ml DCCs and I love them however they don't seem to work on my X2s, they fire but i dont get any vapor. they do work on my 808 threaded egos.

Edit: There are some of us that prefer the taste of the carto versus the clearomizer. Personally the clearomizer seems to be a wetter vape and leaves a film on my throat. The clearos do however seem to hit better when used at higher voltage.

Sitting down, facing forward.
Keep in mind that Ohms Law comes into play with a dual coil. Generally, not always, their resistance is quite a bit lower than a single coil. The result is a much higher current drain on the battery. This can have two effects. In the case of an X2 or other battery with overcurrent protection, the battery may "shut down" or limit the overall power to protect the battery. This may actually reduce the amount of vapor being produced. The other thing is that the increased current draw, assuming there is no limiting by the battery, will significantly reduce the useable vape time since all batteries have a limit to the total amount of power they can produce on a charge.

Just my opinion. Worth what you're paying for it. Your results and mileage may vary. No guaranty or warranty is expressed or implied.
