I popped mine open before I left for class and 4/5 had a plain copper wire like what you'd see in a boge lr and one had a blue wire... hmm I may put my ikenvape ry4 30/70 pg/vg in one later but don't wanna waste 50 drops of the good stuff for it to fail

Just a suggestion - quite a while ago, with filler cartos, regardless of make, started dripping 10 drops of PG and around 5 drops of VG in, and after a quick spin, screwed it on and vaped - not much taste but you can get a good idea how well it's performing - if it's a dud, no wasted juice - always been afraid to test these dry as I popped a coil once when I tried - PG & VG is easy to find and cheap - my faves @ 6v so far are 3 ohm Boges

I used some dual coil 1.5 OHM on a Riva 510-Ego (650 & 900 mah) and a KGo. To me, they work better on the Riva and Ego but I'm not impressed. They work better for me on the KGo but I don't feel they are a great improvement over my Boge 2 OHM cartos.
