Ok, so I am trying to build a dual wick zenesis style atty. mesh wicks are well oxidized. For some reason the button heats up when I vape no matter what gauge or how many wraps I make the coil. It's obviously something I'm doing that's creating a short but I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Any advice or pics of your setup would be much appreciated. Thanks guys

Give us some more specifics. Wire gauge, what resistance are you working at, how the coils are looking, configuration. What kind of PV are you using? Pictures?
Well, I've tried a lot. 32, 32 twisted and 28 gauge. Using 500 mesh for wicks. Did anywhere from 3-6 wraps with 32g. 7 wraps with 28g. Have ohmed out at from .5- 1.2 but button gets hot. Works great with one wick and coil so it's Definately something I'm doing wrong. All times I made coils they were two separate wires. I found someone making dual wicks with one wire for the dual coil so I still need to try that. I don't know what else it could be except maybe some kind of debri stuck in the switch that is causing a short. I've been making coils for a while on my Ihybrid with no issues and thought I was pretty good at it but since I got a juggernaut and have attempted the dual wick setup I feel like a complete Amature again, lol
I only is AW imr 18650's. I have 4 brand new ones I am circulating. Have not checked the discharge rate.
Stupid question; but is the atomizer getting hot, the whole top of your PV, or just the button?
The coils will heat up, then about 3 seconds the button gets hot. I have opened the PV right after this happens and the battery isn't hot, the firing pin isn't hot, just the button. I'm so confused. In sure it's just something little and stupid I'm missing but till I find it.........aaauuuggggg, lol
Yeah, I would be looking at that button too. Whenever I'm dealing with shorts, pulsing them out, or just playing the shorts game, everything gets hot. The atomizer platform, the 510 connection. And it takes longer than 3 seconds too, you know pulsing away, heat is slowly building.
It was the button and the threads on the ground screws in the top. There was some kind of gunk on it. Workin like a champ now. Thank you guys for your help. You guys rock!
Quick update. After bout a day it started doing it again. Ripped the entire mod appart and found the real source of the problem. The center post is heat shrink wrapped to avoid contact with the rest of the mod. That shrink wrap had a tear in it so the brass center post was making contact with the body. Aggravated 
It's the juggernaut. It's definately an insulation issue. Tried emailing 310 vapers and m1 but haven't gotten a response yet
I got in touch with someone through m1 vapors Facebook page and he was very helpful. Gave me some good directions on how to troubleshoot and fix the issue I was having with my jugg. Brass pin insulation is redone and all is well. Very happy with my jugg and m1 customer service
