Dumb 510 Box mod Question

Ok i Bought a 510 box mode from madvapes. I have assembled everything to spec. Im trying to figure out if this thing is working right. How many volts to power a 510 cartomizer? I havent recived my 3.7 900mah trustfire bat's yet. I been trying to test with a 1.2v 2000mah Ni-MH battery to see it the mod works. No led light natta. So i pulled out the multimeter and when I press button on the mod im getting the 1.3v comming out of the 510 connector. Does this mean its working correctly and I just dont have enough juice to power the led or cartomizer? Sorry I'm a mod NooB! Thanks in advance

Yup. The 3.7 mod is very simple. But a 1.2v battery will not produce enough wattage to create vapor on your mod.

The 3.7v batteries at full charge are about 4.2v

The fact that you are getting the same voltage out of the atty as your battery is a good sign.
