It goes around the 510 connection in the well.

It serves two purposes:

1.) It prevents you from over tightening the RM2, and also gives you some leeway in allowing you to be able to point the airhole in the desired direction you want it facing while vaping. (you want it facing up)

2.) It seals off the air slots atop the 510 connection, giving the juice no place to go but up into the chamber and back down. More efficient and cleaner squonking.

Cheers

Nope. The o-ring sits in the drip well around the connector.

You should also have a small bag of Noalox. That goes on the contact point. It comes down enough when you push the button with the battery out to apply the Noalox to the tip.

You should also find a small piece of tubing. That is a reducer tube. It is used if you experience self, or auto-feeding.

Pretty much what I was thinking, but wanted a vet to verify. Thank you very much!

Nope not with the VV! Sorry I didn't know you had a VV.

I still put a dab on Noalox on my battery button top and sometimes on the spring. Figure it can't hurt!

Instead of removing the cap, you can just pop the drip tip off, look down in the atty, and watch the juice come in. Enjoy your new REO. What color did you get?

Oh hell yeah that's what I'm talkin about bro. VV first. You ain't playin. I like it.

While these fine REOnauts were providing you with assistance I was out rounding up the fat lady to serenade you. She's here now to sing you a cover of matallicas' cover of Bob Segers "turn the page".

She was right at the "as you walk into a restaurant" part when this pic was snapped :)

And here's your track. This one deserves some volume and puts Segers' version to shame IMO
