I've been using Dunhall Menthol as my all day vape since I first started ordering from V4L around 6 months ago. It has ruined me for everything else. Nothing else gives me the lung feel and throat hit I crave.

I recently ordered 2 more bottles. They were from a different production run than all my previous orders. It tastes awful. I am so bummed about this. It's lighter in color and has a horrible aftertaste to it. Don't know what to do now.

Well, not happy with that reply. I was told I could RMA the unopened bottle (how can you tell it hasn't been opened?) and that flavors change from batch to batch. That's ridiculous. If there is a formula for a flavor, why would the flavor change? That's saying to me that I'm taking a gamble every time I order a flavor, whether I liked it in the past or not.

I have a favorite flavor I use all the time. Several months ago, they had a new shipment of that flavor that was not as good as the original. They told me it tasted the same....but I bet it wasn't one of THEIR favorites.
Anyhow, I made note of the PRD number on the bottle (I supposed that is the batch), and asked customer service if they had any more of the old flavor. They DID, and they sent it to me. I have re-ordered many times, and I
always ask for that batch number, and Robert, bless his heart, has been able to make sure I got the ones I wanted. You may want to try that....give them the PRD number off your last bottle, and ask them if they still have some.

I would NOT be happy with that answer either. Steve should hear that answer!! We must have consistancy....or each thing we order will be a complete unknown. Since we cannot return juice and carts, that would be
so unfair to the customer!! The flavors must stay as close as possible from batch to batch!!

Deadlili I understand your disappointment over consistency and had similar thing happen when I ordered some Wow Nuport Menthol. I'm sure Steve/Chad will take care of you, but if you do end up keeping the open bottle or even both, don't give up on them. I don't know why, but some flavors need time to gel, cure, age, whatever you want to call it.

I placed the bottle of Nuport away for a couple of weeks then gave it another shot and believe it or not the flavor changed to what I was looking for.

In any case I hope it all works out for you.

If different bottles taste different, it certainly will influence my decision of whether to buy from them again or not. I particularly like their Smilin' Menthol, but if my next bottle might taste different, I think I will stick with other menthols I like.

At a minimum, the consistency of taste should stay the same.

Did you find your Dunhill menthol juice (the one you liked to be consistent with the cartomizers?

Initially, I would buy the prefilled carts and juice to refill them. Then the carts got switched from the old hard cap style to the cool cart and I thought those were very inconsistent. So I would buy the juice and blanks (wow cartos) and fill them myself. I had no problems with that at all.

It's been 3 weeks since I replied to Chad's PM to me asking for my info. I haven't heard anything back. I've tried to be patient and give it time due to the holidays and V4L doing their inventory thing. I sent a follow up message to Chad asking if he received my first reply and/or did he need more info from me. Still nothing. Again, I'm not sure what to do now other than post here.
