Durability of the Alpha?

I've had my Alpha for almost 3 weeks now, and I've found that it rarely leaves my hand. In fact, my eGo-T, my VV Boxmod, and my Passthrough are all stashed away into my equipment box.

batteries aside, is this little masterpiece going to last a while before anything happens to it? The switch will keep working (barring acts of god) for a good long while? Anyone have any long term experience with the Alpha or Omega?

Well, I have been using my Omega since January 2010. Keep it cleaned and it will take care of you for a very long time.

My Alpha and Omega are still working like champs and I have no doubt they will continue to do so for years to come.
