I was on vacation in NY last month and I stopped at a local vape shop to see if they had any menthol type flavors. The person working let me try a few e-liquids. I liked one in particular, and that was Mint Chill from Durasmoke. The flavor is outstanding. It is a combination of a sweet menthol and spearment type of taste. When I arrived home I went to their website and ordered a 30ml bottle of the mint chill. I also ordered a couple of other liquids in 10ml size to try out. The other liquids weren't to my taste so I sent them an email to let them know. The next day I received an email from them and a phone call wanting to resolve any problems I might have had. They offered me a replacement bottle in a juice of my choice. I have to say that this is great customer service, being that I really wasn't complaining about a refund or anything. The other liquids weren't bad, just weren't to my taste. Taste is very subjective. I will definitely be ordering from them again just because of the customer service and the fact that I like the mint chill liquid they have. This company is a win win in my book. I am extremely impressed with this company and would recommend them to anyone interested in vaping or long time vapors like myself.
