I got my second bottle of DV blackcurrant the other day and I'm not sure if Im going nuts, but it is def not exactly the same as the first. The first bottle was by far the best juice I have tried. The second, good, but not quite as amazing as the first. Any reason for this? I thinking about getting the concentrated solution and adding a drop or two to see if I can get it back to that same level of amazing. Has anyone else tried this juice or had a similar experience with a second bottle of something not being the same as the first.

general rule of thumb w/DIY: if there is a chemically flavor, adding more of the same flavor is not a good idea. If the flavor tastes weak and not chemically add more flavor. DV flavorings are excellent...but expensive. There are others that are just as good but less expensive.

In your case I would say you should get the concentrate as long as you are not getting the chemical flavor already in the juice you just got. Usually you would use about 15% of DV flavoring with flavorless nic and either PG or VG...so this should help you determine the general strength of the drops. I could give you an idea but don't know what size your juice is.

I've been putting my black current from the 30ml bottle into a 5ml bottle. When doing so I've added 20 to 30 drops of vg to the mix. Now I'm adding about 2-4 drops of the concentrate and that has been helping. I guess I got a weak batch from TW. All is well now. In fact, Ive been vaping it on the same atty since april. It won't die. I've found that if you don't change liquid the atty seems to last much longer. go figure.
