Ok, so I just got my new E-cig about a week and a half to 2 weeks ago. I ordered it online from China (although I had no idea it was coming from China until it was too late). Well, I don't think my batteries are charging. I have a USB charger that plugs into either my computer or an adapter that plugs into the wall. I assume it is the USB charger (and I have no choice but to use that one no matter what) because I have tried to charge both cigs on my computer AND the outlet. Ugh... so frustrating.

Anyway, I ordered a new E-cig called "Blu". Anyone hear of that brand?

I want to try and get a refund from China but OMG I soooo don't want to go through all that. I am worried I will never get my refund nor get paid back for shipping it back there. I am very frustrated. I paid $91 total for the E-cig and shipping combined. Anyone else have similar experiences? Any suggestions?

Thanks! Charlotte

I'm kinda surprised that you went with the Blu after your first bad experience... The Blu isn't the most popular unit out there.

Well, I just ordered the Blu today... guess I will have to see what happens when it get it. I am pretty new to E-cigs so when it comes to quality, I know nothing; trial and error I guess. Thanks.

You don't really have to rely on trial and error. This forum is a great resource and the folks here have tried everything, own everything, and abuse everything.

We can probably help you avoid some pitfalls.

I would also return the blu before opening and look at the d510 and the kr808d1. These are probably the most recommend ecigs. The d510 sounds like it has very good output and is good around the house. The kr808d-1 is very low maintenance and lasts a long time before needing to be refilled. Good for away from home. You can research both here and there are a lot of good vendors for both listed at the bottom of the forum page.

Chazzy, I'm with NY send the Blu un opened back. Very bad Rep and I've got friends that tried them both had "issues". Cignot is good : have two
510s no problems, good customer service. MadVapes dot com has disposable 510s for $10.00 batt,atty,2carts and a charger. I got 6 for family and friends (for Christmas) and all are still running a month later.MV has even better prices on these as you get into more than single units; I think 5 sell for $47 throw in some juice to get over $50 and get free shpg.

Try to remember 1: everything is consumable things break 2: Word of mouth is usually better than dealer hype 3: cigarettes are 4-8 bucks a pack and 70-90% is taxes Tobacco and govt. don't want you to quit cigs:piss them off.

Almost everyone now vaping had false starts, unwise purchase, over payment, etc. I'm $200 bucks into vaping and 42 days without firing up a smoke, no interest in going back; I'm also ahead money wise compared to 8 cartons of smokes and I've got enough juice and supplies to last until the 4th of July. Hang in there it will be worth it..bikes

I've also heard of a lot of people just canceling their order because it takes them so long to ship. A lot of people swear by the 510, so I'm sure you can't go wrong with that but if you're looking for something similar in size to the Blue, try the Sidesho from modervapor.com,or the 902 which is slightly larger than a Sidesho but small er than a 510 I believe.
