weirdest thing ever and it feels awful

basically I when I smoke now I get nauseous, upset stomach, body just feels terrible. Haven't changed anything, I am trying to go to a lower blend of nicotine as I do puff the stuff constantly (But lately I have cut down quite a bit and it's still happening). The symptoms last like half and hour. I have noticed for a few weeks now.

any answers? I may have to quit everything for good, it feels that bad. I keep thinking I'm fine and go to vape/smoke again and it comes back :(

It's likely not overDOSE (it could be, I'm no doctor, nor give out medical advice) but overCONSUMPTION. Overconsumption will give you the nausea, headaches, buzzy feeling, etc. What is the nicotine level of your liquid and how much (in ml) do you typically use per day? Also, how many cigarettes per day are you still smoking, if any? And how long have you been vaping?

I know, a lot of questions, but that would help steer you in the right direction. Of course, if you're feeling ill, you're body is not liking what you're doing.

Sounds like suddenly you're getting too much nicotine! You're not by chance wearing a patch as well, are you?

nope

Maybe it's a combination of nicotine overdose and an allergic reaction to either PG or VG. I'd quit the cigs all together and maybe try some juices that are all VG or PG. Might even be a good idea to stop all together for a week or so and gradually try vaping.

What strenght nic are you vaping and are you drinking lots of water?
I could be drinking more

It could be but it makes me wonder why I Still get the full effect of the sickness despite cutting down quite a bit

18ml switching to 5mg. I typically would smoke probably not even a standard bowl worth per day. Lately I've been smoking disposables and just ordered some new juice. I smoke 1 cig today and 2 yesterday they all made me feel horrible. Same with the disposable ecig but not as bad. It seemed like if I watched how much i smoked the symptoms weren't as bad but they were still pretty bad despite limiting my ingestion. And remember I have never had these type of issues before with any cigs/e cigs

I hate to say it, but I wonder if you only get this feeling if you ONLY smoke cigs?

In this instance, it's probably the only time I would suggest doing a short experiment. If you don't get it with cigarettes, then it's easiest for us to rule out something in the ecigs (unlikely but possible).

If you get it with smoking real cigarettes too, then something else is going on.

I'd give it a 24-hour trial, just to see (and understand I'm obviously not a fan of analogs at all LOL. I wouldn't even suggest this if you weren't smoking already....:p

I'm 95% sure I Get it with both, now could the combination be to blame? possibly. But it still doesn't explain why I have these symptoms out of the blue. A couple weeks ago I went to FL for a week and mostly smoked normal cigs, then switched to blu when I came back because I was out of juice and too lazy to order it. This combination could of upset my system over time somehow?

The combination would only make sense if you were getting too much nicotine. It's important, I think, to rule out cigarettes. If you can't smoke those, there's something else going on imo. I've never heard of a sensitivity to nicotine, but it's probably possible.

This is the fastest way that I can see to figure out if it is in fact nicotine.

On the other hand, 18mg nic would have made me feel sick if I was still smoking also. If you're committed to vaping (and that's good) then try going down to 12mg in your ecig. If you go down too far you won't get the nic you need.

How much did you smoke, and for how long?

What does your caffeine intake look like? If you are reducing your nicotine, caffeine might hit you harder and give you the same symptoms.

I noticed after a month of vaping trying one cigarette made me deathly ill. 3 hits and I was done. I've been trying to figure out why this happens, since it happens to a lot of people. Maybe the PG or VG is interacting with the burning tobacco in some way that makes tobacco smoke ghastly.
