Just wondering with all the state ban legislation coming up soon, if e cigs are banned in a state does that mean FSUSA can no longer ship to that state? I live in TN. and it is one of those states with upcoming legislation.

first off you should get everyone in your state to fight the ban. Bans are being rejected in other states already 
I sent off emails in my name, wifes, grand daughter. I got only 1 response.
I am looking into this issue and plan to contact the sponsor regarding
Item #18 in this bill which is the subject of complaint. I expect this
item to be amended which should correct the legislation.
