I called Morris Tobacconists and BC Smoke Shop in Victoria. The rep at Morris was really well informed on the topic, also mentioned that vaping in the airport is illegal. Kind of a bummer.
That's good to hear! I'm in SK, so hopefully this goes cross country quickly. I had an atty die on me last night, and my spare tastes like crap since cleaning it, so I had to put in an emergency order online last night. If I could just run to my local smoke shop for parts, it would take a lot of the worry out of my new hobby!
My supplier said that it was OK to clean out your atties once in a while, but if it turns them shoddy I don't know if I will!

I believe your "source" is incorrect regarding the "selling" legality. Health Canada (a federal regime) is NOT allowing the sale of e-cigs or nic juice to date, and are still clamping down on vendors who ignore their announcement made in 2008. They still maintain that electronic cigarettes are an unapproved drug delivery medical device needing market authorization.
If you have new news please share facts, as many, including myself, would absolutely LOVE to hear that its so.
As far as in Airports ? I've had no issues vaping openly with security in "general" area's in Ottawa Int'l, but once your thru the customs check its a no go. And was asked "not to vape" on the flight.
