E-Cig Cart Covers

In the malls I see the retailers have these little plastic covers they put over the carts so that people can try the e-cig before buying.

I'm starting to encourage friends, relatives, co-workers, etc to switch from smoking to vaping.

Does anyone know where I can get these?

of course you can always save the condoms from your cartos and just cut a hole in them as well.
