I have just been talking with e-cig.com's online help Yoyo and she gave me the link to their new US based website E-Liq: Electronic Smoking Liquid - They will be shipping from the USA.

It's still showing everything as being out of stock, but they hope to be up and running in about a weeks time and it sounds like they will have stocks of liquid available as well :)

Interesting. As a trial, I ordered a replacement atomizer for poor Mr. E-Pipe. $15.95 and I ordered a $2.95 lid at the same time. Filled in all the details. On checkout, it refused to give me any choice but a $19.95 express shipping option. Not within the USA will we need "express."

I'm sure the site is just not complete yet. Shipping options include the tired China Air and China SAL routine. Neither option functions on the US site. The only working option is the expensive "express."

We now return you to the debate on E-Cig quality, already in progress ...

Looks like their old site. How do I know they are really shipping from the US?

In the announcments bit on the right side of the page it does say shipping out of the USA, I'm hoping that's correct.

Yoyo did say to me it would a week before everything was up and running, I took that to mean website as well.

of course given the chance between having my stuff shipped from the US or direct from china i wouid choose the Chinese option any day.. but if its the only way i can get pipe carts or liquid i will use it.. odd world aint it..

i do hope when the games are over they can still ship to me direct form china.. if its a US only operation they will lose my business the US is one place i wont buy from.. he he he

Okay, I just tried to talk to yoyo about my messed up shipment. It got nowhere. It's postal's fault even though NOTHING was packaged properly inside the envelope. No bubble wrap on the boxes of e-liq and all the carts strewn around in the envelope. I would accept postal's fault if the products were properly packed before they were shipped.

It could have been customs, but the package showed no signs of being opened or tampered with at all.

Not a good experience and $50 down the drain. And yet ANOTHER package with $50 worth on the way that's still out there somewhere. I don't even want it. :(

I'm glad some of you are having good experience with them and yoyo. And I'm not a difficult person. I don't want to be treated like crap either. The first two packages I received from e-cig were great. My latest experiences with them have been utter hell.

its not the US karen just distance shipping.. unlike u i dont live there.. but i could hit my buy it now button on the heavensgift china ebay shop. confirm the order on my paypal account all in less than fives minutes.. the hundred carts i need will be on there way.. they will arrive in one week.. it could not be easier..

and karen forgive me but u really are an awkward customer.. yoyo simply does not have the time to deal with your problems.. other people dont have the time to wait while she does.. she is just one person talking to the world..

the online system is good for one thing.. quick instant short answers.. not listening to your in depth complaints.. i use the online system for what i know its useful for.. u however seem to think its there just to deal with u.. it isnt.. sorry but.. u have been unlucky.. not that unlucky and u are making more of this than its worth.. relax.. worry about something worth worrying about.. dont waste your worry time on trivia.. anything is only as important as u make it..

i hope your day gets better..

The E-Cig forum, while it lasted, overflowed with howls from unhappy customers receiving crap products and shipments like Karen's. I certainly can attest personally to being both shorted a 50ml bottle of liquid and receiving two orders where liquid had spilled over the other contents. And I never again want to hear "It not our fault." It isn't a customer's fault, that's for sure, but E-Cig only has one pat answer.

Karen is not whining about something unique. She represents a pattern of lousy products and extremely poor customer service.

i think u both need to let go and move on.. but thats just me.. crying over spilt milk never has done much good..

Repeatedly rewarding failure is not in an intelligent consumer option.

You don't care. You just keep on ordering. Let's not fight this battle all over again, but your whole attitude on e-smoking would spell ruin for this practice if the general public was told to order lots and lots of extra parts cause you'll 'bin' them one after another.

I've moved on from E-Cig some time ago, but I'll never forgive or forget. So just keep on writing the last word every time your beloved source is outed for what it is.

But like you, they crapped on me.

Nor mine anymore. It's a waste of time and energy. I praised E-Cig too, until they proved unworthy of it. And they did, several times over.

You do what you want to do, Trog, but reserve judgment of me, Karen, Leaford, Spider and the others who've been hit with your petty namecalling in your memememe posts. Still shooting spitballs and going hehe at your age is just ... pathetic.

I, for one, won't answer your posts in the future. You'll no doubt be thrilled by that. I'll try to help others who wish to share information, not toss out "I'm right 95% of the time" theories.
