We respond to proposed sales and/or public use bans with written comments and appearances at public hearings. We have a PDF of materials prepared specifically for combatting proposed public use bans (http://www.casaa.org/files/CASAA_Legislative_Packet_Regarding_Indoor_Bans_Web.pdf), and many other informational materials for use by vapers, such as our tri-fold brochure (http://www.casaa.org/files/CASAA-Ecig-TriFold-Brochure.pdf) and our medical infograph (http://www.casaa.org/files/CASAA Medical infograph(4).pdf), all of which will be updated shortly to reflect the recent win at the DC Court of Appeals.
Most relevant I think to you, eriksatori, is that one of our board members is appearing at the public hearing tomorrow in Seattle to oppose the proposed King County public use ban. (http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...public-e-cigarette-smoking-3.html#post2319401). It is critical that as many people opposed to that proposal as possible show up to speak out against it. Can you go too?

It will be interesting to see what happens tomorrow with the King county ban.
