I found these addresses for shops that sell e-cigs on an ex-pat site, livinginvietnam. However, not living in Vietnam, I would have no way of knowing if these shops would be trustworthy.

Im from vietnam and no vaping is not common, matter of fact its extremely rare. I plan to bring mods and some juice back in the summer so i probably would have to wrap it carefully...

Im going to publicly vape in vietnam though, and bring setups back as gifts for smoker friends. No matter the place, only thing that matters is your attitude while youre doing it.

Except Singapore because theyre crazy. No, really.

And if youre in the south its probably more accepted since the south is generally more open and foreign-influenced than the north where im from.

Almost e-cigar in my country is smuggled goods (through border between the two countries Vietnam and China). You can use it everywhere (smoking ban is not widely) but I don't know if there is a problems if you entry through customs port when check in or check out at airport. You should disassemble all part of your e-cigar to avoid trouble. If you don't want to do this, just throw all your old e-cigar, you can buy it easily. This is an address of my favorite dealer, I usually buy spare-part, e-juice, etc... in his store

I spent 30 US dollars for a standard Ego kit (2 clearomizers, 2 rechargeable battery at 1100 mah, a USB charger, a wall charger, a bottle at 20ml e-juice). It is not a bargain but I think the price is acceptable because e-cigar is still rare in my country.

hi dragonbone,

I am Vietnamese and Im living in Malaysia, I go back VietNam every 2-3 months. For your information, definitely you can vape at the public place with your confidence. Hard to see some one vaping in vietnam but it is allowed as smoking is very popular.

About the customs, sure there is no issue with them if you keep your things in the luggage (dont keep in your hand bag), don't bring more than 200ml liquid to avoid attention of the customs. less than 200ml is allowed just like perfume.

Here is some website you can buy in Vietnam, just call them, they will bring to your door.
